We want you to love your order. If something is not right, contact us, and we will help.

Eligible returns

3 days for returns. Items must be unopened and in original condition. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare cannot be returned. Otherwise, it can not be returned.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 24 hours maximum of receiving the order, with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 to 15 business days.
